We are a grass-roots movement in the realest sense of the term. Headed by a mom of many that were blessed by Energy Express in WV, she wanted her grandchildren in Steubenville to have access to their wonderful program.
Joined by the outreach director at Public Library of Steubenville and Jefferson County, as well as several past mentors from Energy Express, we approach the superintendent of Steubenville City Schools, who was quite supportive.
